SHIPPING CUTOFF TIME

Orders placed before 12:00pm GMT will be shipped the same day for 2-day delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by opening a VYLO Support Discord ticket with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

All returns must be made at the customer's expense. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products showing signs of installation or modification
  • Products purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective)

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately by opening a VYLO Support Discord ticket. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

WARRANTY PERIOD

All VYLO products are covered by a comprehensive warranty for 3 months from the date of configuration/activation.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware failures under normal use conditions
  • Component malfunctions not caused by user error
  • Performance issues related to factory specifications

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use
  • Physical damage from accidents, drops, or mishandling
  • Damage from liquid exposure or extreme temperatures
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Software issues or compatibility problems

WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team by opening a VYLO Support Discord ticket
  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  3. Describe the issue in detail with photos if applicable
  4. Our team will assess the claim within 48 hours
  5. If approved, we will provide repair, replacement, or refund options

WARRANTY SERVICE

Depending on the issue, warranty service may include:

  • Free repair or replacement of defective components
  • Full product replacement if repair is not feasible
  • Complete refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible

All warranty service is provided free of charge, including shipping both ways for eligible claims.

Extended warranty options available at time of purchase for up to 24 months of additional coverage.
